Our apartment cleaning covers the everyday work in a Tbilisi flat: kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds and the balcony, done once or on a schedule you choose. The price depends on the size of the flat, how many bathrooms it has, how often we come and which extras you add. Send a few photos by WhatsApp or call, and we will confirm the details in English.
This is the base list. It is what "clean" means on a normal visit, before any extras are added.
Countertops and the splashback wiped and degreased, the outside of the fridge, oven, microwave and cabinets cleaned, the stovetop cleaned, the sink scrubbed and the tap polished. Dishes left in the sink are washed only if you ask for it. Bins are emptied and floors are vacuumed and mopped, including under the table.
Toilet inside and out, basin, bath or shower tray, taps, mirror and shelves. Glass screens are wiped to remove water spots, tiles around the shower get a scrub, and the floor is washed. Towels can be changed if you leave fresh ones out.
Dusting of reachable surfaces, bedside tables, headboards and window sills. Beds are made, or the linen is changed if you put clean sets on the mattress. Floors are vacuumed, and under the bed where it can be reached without moving heavy furniture.
Shelves, TV stand and coffee table dusted, sofa cushions vacuumed, mirrors and glass tables wiped, light switches and door handles cleaned. Rugs are vacuumed, and floors are mopped with a product that suits the surface.
In Tbilisi a balcony collects a surprising amount of grit, blown in from traffic and building sites, and in spring poplar fluff gets into every corner. A standard visit sweeps and mops the balcony floor and wipes the rail and sill. Washing the outside of the glass or the whole enclosure is an extra. The same fluff clogs the filters of wall-mounted air conditioners, which is a job for a technician, described on our AC cleaning page.
If there is a room you do not want touched, such as a home office with papers on the desk, just say so. Skipping a room is as easy as adding one.
Keeping the standard list short and predictable is deliberate. It means a regular visit can be planned to the same length each time, while bigger tasks are booked when you actually need them rather than squeezed in at the end.
| Area | Standard visit | Available as an extra |
|---|---|---|
| Kitchen | Surfaces, stovetop, sink, outside of appliances, floor | Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cupboards, hood filter |
| Bathroom | Toilet, basin, shower or bath, mirror, floor | Heavy limescale removal, grout scrubbing, extractor fan cover |
| Bedrooms | Dusting, bed making, floors | Linen change and laundry, wardrobe sorting, ironing |
| Windows | Sills and inside glass smudges | Full window washing, frames and tracks |
| Balcony | Floor sweep and mop, rail wiped | Glass enclosure washed, furniture scrubbed |
When the extras start to outnumber the standard tasks, it is usually a sign that a single thorough session makes more sense. Our deep cleaning page explains what that involves, and afterwards the regular visits can return to the short list.
There is no right answer, only the one that suits how you live. Here is how the three options tend to work in practice.
Suits families, people who cook every day and anyone with a dog or cat. The flat never builds up dirt, so each visit stays fairly quick.
A popular middle ground for couples and remote workers. You handle small tidying in between, and the visit takes care of bathrooms, floors and dust.
Works for single people who travel often, or as a top-up for someone who cleans themselves but wants the harder jobs done properly.
You can change the rhythm later. Many people increase the frequency in late spring, when windows are open and the dust and fluff come in, and reduce it during a long trip home. Tell us in advance if you will be away so the visit can be paused rather than missed.
If the flat is not your own home but a place you let to short-stay guests, the rhythm is set by bookings rather than by the calendar, and linen and restocking come into play. That is a different service, explained on our Airbnb cleaning page. For an overview of every option, see the cleaning services hub.
A fixed weekday and time slot makes life simpler for everyone, especially if the team needs a key. The day and time are agreed when booking, within our working hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00-23:00, and Sunday 08:00-22:00.
Animals and small children change a clean more than most people expect. Fur settles on upholstery and in rugs, paw prints appear on floors within hours, and toddlers put everything within reach into their mouths. A few simple agreements make the visit safer and more effective.
Pet hair on sofas and carpets adds time, so it is worth including in your description. That way the price reflects it from the start, instead of the team discovering it halfway through the visit.
Tbilisi housing ranges from Soviet-era panel blocks in Gldani, Isani and Didube to glass new-builds in Vake and Dighomi, and older stone houses in Sololaki and Vera. Each type brings its own small complications, and mentioning them saves time on the day.
If the building's water supply is interrupted on the planned day, which happens during repairs, let us know as soon as you hear about it so we can reschedule.
Cleaners can wipe a counter much faster than they can decide where your mail, chargers and spice jars should go. A quick tidy beforehand leaves more time for actual cleaning.
If there is one thing that matters most this week, such as the guest bathroom, say it first. It will get attention before anything else.
If you are using your own products, put them in one place along with the vacuum and mop, so nobody has to search the cupboards.
After the first visit, tell us what you liked and what you would change. Small adjustments are easy when they are made from the start.
If you rent, it can also help to photograph any damage you notice during the cleaning, such as a cracked tile or a leaking tap, and send it to your landlord. Who pays for repairs is agreed with them, and a dated photo makes the conversation easier. For the tap itself, see toilet and tap repair. When the lease ends and you are handing the keys back, the move-out cleaning page explains what landlords usually check.
It depends on the size of the flat, the number of bathrooms and how often we come. We estimate the time together with the price once we see your photos.
We try to keep the team consistent for repeat visits, since familiarity with a flat makes the work faster, but we cannot guarantee it for every date.
Only if it is agreed in advance. Dishes, laundry and ironing are extras, not part of the standard list.
Yes. Tell us which room you will be in, and the team can do that room last or skip it. Calls in the next room are fine, though the vacuum does make some noise.
Tell us right away and send a photo. We would rather hear about it immediately so it can be discussed openly. Point out fragile items before the visit to reduce the risk.
Yes, just let us know as early as you can. Rules for late changes are agreed when booking.
Outside glass is an extra and depends on safe access. On higher floors without a balcony, we will tell you honestly what can be reached.
Send the district, the layout and how often you would like a visit. We come back with a price and a time slot.
Mention the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether you have pets.
Tell us the layout and your preferred day, and we will suggest a schedule.
