One-off visit

DAVITIANI arranges cleaning services in Tbilisi for apartments, houses, rentals and offices, either as a regular visit or a single job. The price depends on the size of the place, the number of bathrooms, its current condition and the extras you want, and we confirm it after you send a short description and a few photos. To book, call, text or WhatsApp us in English.
Most requests fall into one of six situations. Each one has its own page with the details, so start with the row closest to yours.
People often ask for "a cleaning" when they actually need something quite specific: a flat that has not been touched since the last tenant left, a kitchen covered in fine plaster dust, or a studio that has to be ready for a guest by three in the afternoon. Naming the situation early saves a lot of back and forth, because the list of tasks, the time needed and the number of people all change with it.
| Your situation | What it usually means | Where to read more |
|---|---|---|
| You live in the flat and want it kept tidy | Kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, beds, on a repeating schedule or once | Apartment cleaning |
| The place needs a thorough reset | Inside cupboards, behind appliances, limescale, grout, radiators, fixtures | Deep cleaning |
| Builders or painters have just finished | Fine dust on every surface, paint and plaster spots, protective film | After-renovation cleaning |
| You are handing keys back to a landlord | An empty flat cleaned so it matches the condition at check-in | Move-out cleaning |
| You host short-stay guests | Turnovers between check-out and check-in, linen, a tidy reset | Airbnb cleaning |
| You run an office or a co-working space | Desks, kitchen, meeting rooms and restrooms outside working hours | Office cleaning |
Not sure which row applies? Describe the place and the reason for the clean in a message, and we will suggest the type that matches it.
A one-off job suits a specific moment: before family arrives, after a party, at the end of a lease, or when you finally want the balcony and the oven done properly. A regular arrangement suits people who simply do not want to spend their Saturday mopping. Both are possible, and many customers start with one larger visit and then switch to shorter repeat visits once the place is in good shape.

A fixed list done on a rhythm that suits you. Because the place never gets too dirty, each visit is usually lighter than the first one.
A thorough first session brings everything to one level, and the lighter schedule afterwards keeps it there with less effort.
If you are new to Tbilisi and not sure yet how much help you want, a single visit is a sensible trial. You see how the work is done, what you would like changed, and whether the timing fits your week before committing to anything recurring.
A short message with the right facts gets you a realistic price and the right number of people on the day.
Photos are the fastest way to agree on scope. Two or three pictures of the kitchen, one of each bathroom and a wide shot of the main room show the real picture, including things people tend to forget to mention, such as grease on the hood or a balcony full of boxes.
Plenty of customers are not at home while the cleaning happens, especially on weekdays. That works, but it needs a clear plan agreed before the day rather than improvised in the doorway.
Common options are meeting them at the door and leaving, leaving a key with a concierge or a neighbor you trust, or a code for a smart lock. Choose what you are comfortable with.
Some new-build blocks in Vake, Dighomi or Saburtalo have a guard or a reception desk. Let them know that cleaners are expected, so nobody is turned away at the entrance.
A short list on the table works well: which rooms to skip, where the vacuum is, which products not to use on the counter. You can also send it by WhatsApp in English beforehand.
Returned in person, left with the concierge, or dropped where you said. Settle this in advance so the flat is never left unlocked.
Put away cash, jewelry, documents and anything personal you would rather nobody touched. It protects everyone and makes the visit faster.
Short answer: this is agreed when booking. Some customers prefer their own products and vacuum, others want the cleaners to arrive with everything, and the choice can affect the price.
If you have preferences, tell us. Families with babies often want fragrance-free products, people with allergies may ask to avoid certain chemicals, and owners of marble or oiled wood floors usually have a specific product in mind. If the cleaners use what is already in the flat, check that there is a working vacuum, a mop and bucket, cloths, and enough of the basics, because running out halfway through slows everything down.
Heavier items, such as a ladder for high cupboards or a steam device for grout, are also part of this conversation. We would rather know in advance than discover on the day that the top shelves cannot be reached.
A clean is only finished when you agree it is. The simplest way to get there is a short walk-through.
The rooms and tasks confirmed in writing, so both sides know what "done" means.
If you are home, go room by room with the team and point out anything missed while they are still there.
When nobody can be present, ask for photos of the finished rooms, and reply with any remarks the same day.
A missed corner or a streaky mirror is easiest to sort out right away. Tell us quickly and we arrange what can be done.
For repeat visits, feedback after the first two or three sessions is especially useful. It is the moment to adjust the list, add a task you realize you want, or drop one that turns out to be unnecessary.
We do not publish a flat rate, because two flats of the same size can differ a lot. A clean, recently lived-in apartment and one that has been empty for a year with dust on every surface are different jobs. The quote is based on the area, the number of kitchens and bathrooms, the condition shown in your photos, the extras on your list and the question of who supplies products and equipment.
Things outside cleaning are priced separately or handled by other teams. If you need old furniture or bags of rubbish taken away, see our waste removal page (in Georgian), and if the cleaning is part of a relocation, our movers in Tbilisi page explains that side. Dusty split units are a separate job, covered on our AC cleaning page, and it helps to mention them when you book so the two can be planned together.
We cannot promise that. What we can say is that booking, instructions and follow-up can all be done with us in English by phone, text or WhatsApp, and we pass your notes on to the team.
Sometimes. It depends on the schedule that day, so urgent availability is confirmed on the call. Booking a few days ahead gives you more choice of time.
No. Many customers arrange key handover in advance and leave notes. See the access section above for the usual options.
We confirm a price once we have your description and photos. If the place turns out to be very different from what was shown, we tell you before continuing rather than after.
That depends on your lease. In most cases the tenant pays for ordinary cleaning, but agree it with your landlord first if the clean is part of a handover or a move-in.
We work in Tbilisi and the surrounding area. Tell us the exact location when you ask, and we will say whether it can be arranged.
Payment is agreed when booking. Ask about it in your first message if you have a preference.
Send the size of the place, the number of bathrooms and a few photos. We reply with the type of clean we suggest and a price.
Mention the district, the approximate area and whether you want a single visit or a repeat schedule.
A short message and three photos are enough to get started.
